Yes, of course! We have set time frames for cake collections so we can ensure someone is around to hand you your order. We cannot guarantee pickup if you attend out of these select times.

Your cake will be boxed and ready for you to pick up, at the time you've selected, if you come earlier than this time your cake may not be ready.

Yes we do, Subject to availability, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and it's up to you, our lovely customer to ensure someone is able to receive the cake safely. Whether it's you or a venue/restaurant. If we are unable to deliver the cake safely it will be returned back to the shop for you to pickup within the next available collection time.

We provide you with a cake guide upon booking, please read through this, it has some great tips on keeping your cake safe! All buttercream cakes will need refrigeration, get that baby into the fridge asap! Especially in the warmer months. It’s best to keep it in the box supplied to prevent any transfer of smells or something falling into your cake (could you imagine!)

Pop your cake out on display approx 30mins before your event starts, im sure you and your guests will want to admire before you dig in! You want to eat this beauty at room temperature, so the flavours and buttercream have softened deliciously.

Always be gentle when moving your cake around, they are not meant to travel and are delicate.

If there are any leftovers, they should keep for up to a week, in an airtight container in the fridge.

We love all of our beautiful customers! We do offer GF options and some other dietary requirements, we have this as an option dependant on our work week. We won’t guarantee our products will be free of entirely, as our kitchen is not setup for dietary options. Please get in touch if you would like to make this request.

The changes you can make are the options listed through the online store, aside from these options, these cakes can not be customised further. They are made as described on the page.

If you can't select the date you need through the online store - we are entirely booked out for that weekend, Sorry we would love to bake for you next time!

Orders do fill fast, we take on a select amount of cakes each week.

Please choose carefully as no changes can be made once the order has gone through our online store, a partial credit may be given if cancelled 2 weeks prior. 

For custom order cakes, get in touch with us asap, as we take on a limited number of cakes each week we may be able to fit you in on an alternative date, but this is not a guarantee. A partial credit may be given for you to enjoy at your next event.
